about

"What Should a Museum Sound Like?" was performed live as part of Martin Kersels' series, "Live on 5 Songs" held during the 2010 Whitney Biennial. Sounds were created by uploading the Whitney Museum's floorplans into a sound design program, and then mixing the resulting sounds live with a recorded reading of Marcel Breuer's 1963 text about the museum.
